Shipping
Below is a table outling the different types of
shipping that are offered along with delivery times and cost.
Please note that shipping times
are calculated from the time the order is processed and not the time the order is
placed.
Generally our orders are processed and ready
to ship within 4-6 Days however, if for any reason the order is going to take longer
than this time to process we will notify you by E-Mail. You can then either continue
with the order or cancel the order.
When your order is
shipped we will send you a shipping confirmation E-Mail. In the case of FedEx shipped
orders you can track your order here  by entering your tracking
number received in your shipping confirmation E-Mail.

Returns
Where the goods are returned due to being faulty the consumer
is entitled, under the Sale of Goods Act to return the goods within a reasonable
time after purchase and claim a full refund plus the costs of the return postage.
In this instance No charges may be deducted from the consumers' refund.
Under the new Distance Selling Regulations you have the
unconditional right to cancel an order. The law says that: You must inform us within
seven working days starting with the day on which the goods are delivered, you must
ensure that you take reasonable care of goods and return them to us. We must refund
the money as soon as possible and at the latest within 30 days of
receiving written
notice of your decision to cancel. You may only be charged at most for the cost of returning goods.
